Awesome Breakfast!

I just made a Vanilla, Fresh Ginger, Cinnamon and Spice Protein Shake....yummy!

I added 8oz water and 1 thumb size fresh ginger, and blended it - ginger water - then added IsaLean Vanilla IsaLean 1-1/2 scoop, IsaPro 1 scoop, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 dash of all spice and 1 dash of nutmeg! Garnished of course yummy!

Ginger is so good to burn the fat and all the other health bennies of spices.
