Halloween Challenge 2013 - Toy Story 2 Jessie

My daughter, who works at a day care, asked me to turn her into Jessie from Toy Story 2. I accepted the challenge and in under 2.5 hours made her wish come true. The kids at the day care were so excited to see her!!!

What a cool feeling to help her make all those kids smile. :)

Completed in a few hours for under $20

Grabbed her a shirt from my closet, it fit her.

Purchase yellow felt and red sequence, cut out the form from the shirt and hand sewed the sequence on the felt.

Sewed felt onto shirt and made a fancy stitch design with my Singer Futura machine :)

I watched this cute video and made it in less than 15 min!!!

Pants - I had her bring me an old pair of jeans, purchased the cow print material, I cut them the size of the pant leg and sewed it on. 
I added fringe from the calf down and sewed it on to the jean and in between the cow print material.

I admit, I am NOT much of a blogger. Here is an update....been so darn busy trying to play catch up, as I am sure you know how all that goes. Keep on journeying!

I almost forgot I had a blog. Oops....been traveling, helping others get on their "healthy on"

Phew is that a journey traveling around everywhere. I'm down 54lbs and way too many inches and almost a total of 6 dress sizes! WOW - how did I do this? SIMPLE -

S - Smaller clean portions
I -  Increase exercise
M - Meal Planning
P - Personal development
E - Enjoy the process


Meals can be so simple and are for me. Here is a sample of my lunch today. So much more to come!  I am loving my IsaLife - Unlocking the Fullness of Life can be so much FUN!!!

All this is a process of pure focus, loving others, helping others, accepting challenges, tears, sweat and most of all seeing, hoping and achieving wellness makes me keep going. I am blessed to have found Isagenix and share, coach, inspire, and encourage so many to begin and continue an IsaJourney.

Travel, health and smiles :o)

It's been a while since I last blogged. Amazing when you travel all the ideas that come to mind, the people you meet, and especially the smiles you can give out to anyone.

Last travel was to a Health and Freedom Expo in Long Beach, CA where I met Patch Adams (in passing) he had grey hair and a blue streak in it - too funny for an older man looking like he fit in with the crows. I met Magnesium Man who gave me some pointers on what magnesium is best for bodies, and met so many people looking and ready to get healthy. WHAT A JOB I have CHOSEN!

My health has been transformed. When I think back to my first 11 days, I lost 13lbs, energy restored and feeling amazing. Today, the loss is 52lbs and from a size 18 to 8 in less than 7 months!

Who would have known. I even don't desire to remember the flare ups after 12 years, discomfort in my muscles, joints, sad all the time. Now, I'm helping others paying it forward and LOVE THIS LIFE. I am making a LIFE not just living a life.

I pass out smiles where ever I go. Here is one or you since we have not met in person :o)
