Last travel was to a Health and Freedom Expo in Long Beach, CA where I met Patch Adams (in passing) he had grey hair and a blue streak in it - too funny for an older man looking like he fit in with the crows. I met Magnesium Man who gave me some pointers on what magnesium is best for bodies, and met so many people looking and ready to get healthy. WHAT A JOB I have CHOSEN!
My health has been transformed. When I think back to my first 11 days, I lost 13lbs, energy restored and feeling amazing. Today, the loss is 52lbs and from a size 18 to 8 in less than 7 months!
Who would have known. I even don't desire to remember the flare ups after 12 years, discomfort in my muscles, joints, sad all the time. Now, I'm helping others paying it forward and LOVE THIS LIFE. I am making a LIFE not just living a life.
I pass out smiles where ever I go. Here is one or you since we have not met in person :o)
